So happy you found radioradio.ca – and DJ Grrr-eh/DJ Grey’s – Moving Music Shows that have, since 2010 been produced as a variety of loosely themed radio mixes. Rise Up = Dance Music, Paz & Jop Series = Generally new pop and jazz tracks, Special Series = Themed Radio Shows, Olde Series = Well, Old Pop and Jazz, Other Series = Avant Garde, Softr Slor Series = similar to my old Ski Movie Music Shows, GlobalBeats = Generally Original & Remixed Ethnic Tunes, Space = Spacey Music. These musical mixes are largely designed to be listened to as background soundtrack — to match the flow and rhythm of many activities. Smooth segues, and juxtapositions of music old and very new are featured. Welcome to DJ Grray’s, and the other series of moving music, this week with the very rare ‘other’ series, entitled, Kronos Early. Within the next hour is contemporary ‘classical’ (not really) from the 90’s primarily all in collaboration with other composers and artists by the Kronos Quartet, who are still an active touring quartet.
‘Other’ is my new series of mostly unclassifiable music all crashed ((skillfully)) together.
